Brian DeCaires is currently the Director of Engineering and Manufacturing at SNF Oil and Gas, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Brian worked in various engineering roles at Caterpillar Inc., serving as both a Drivetrain Design Engineer and a Senior Design Engineer. Brian holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.
