Renaud Brunet

Renaud Brunet serves as the Directeur des ressources humaines at SNF since December 2016, where responsibilities include leadership of HR missions, social relations, presiding over the CSE, and conducting NAO negotiations. Previously, Renaud held various HR roles within the Marine Nationale from 1992 to December 2016, culminating in the position of Directeur des cours et stages, overseeing a team that managed the training of 500-600 students annually. Renaud's extensive experience includes roles in recruitment coordination, command positions, and responsibilities in multinational and joint staff environments. Educational credentials include two Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration, alongside military training in general sciences and technology.
