Moritz Bauer grew up in a hospitality family, fostering a passion for the culinary arts from a young age. After enhancing their skills in a family-run catering service and pursuing an apprenticeship at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa, Moritz gained valuable experience abroad in Napa Valley and Sydney. Currently a Supply Chain Manager at the startup SNOCKS, which they joined in 2018, Moritz has significantly contributed to the company’s growth, overseeing product sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
