Moritz Riedl

Architect at Snøhetta

Moritz Riedl is an accomplished architect currently working at Snøhetta since October 2021, where the role encompasses both architectural responsibilities and earlier experience as a junior architect. Riedl also serves as an external lecturer at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck since October 2022. Previous professional experience includes roles at UNStudio as an urban design and architecture intern, and at Wiesflecker Architekten as a junior architect. Contributions to notable projects include the "Terrestrial Reef" installation for the 2019 RHS Royal Chelsea Flower Show and the "fragile 6" installation for the Ars Electronica Festival 2018. Riedl holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Architecture from Universität Innsbruck, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution, and a Matura in Building Construction from HTL Bau und Design Innsbruck.
