Before joining Snows Motor Group, Luca worked as a Sales Assistant at Wickes from May 2016 to April 2019. Luca obtained a Level 3 BTEC Sport & FA Level 2 Football Coaching degree from Chichester High School Sixth Form between 2015 and 2018.
