Addison Carpenter

Addison Carpenter is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Director of Recruiting at Snowflake. Previously, Addison held multiple roles at Google, including Global Recruiting Lead, Recruiting Lead, and Associate Lead Recruiter for Google Cloud. Additional experience includes serving as a Volunteer Staff member at The Trevor Project, CEO and Talent Consiglieri at iDream Talent LLC, and Talent Development Specialist at HUMANeX Ventures. Addison began academic studies at Georgetown University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in 2009, along with coursework at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2008.
