Allison Rossi

Allison Rossi is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partners at Snowflake, focusing on the Product, Engineering, and Design organizations. Prior to this role, Rossi held various positions at Google, including Lead People Partner for the Devices & Services division and Employee Relations Partner supporting non-tech organizations. Rossi also managed a team of HR Business Partners for the Global Consumer Hardware Organization and played a key role during Google's acquisition of Nest Labs, where Rossi founded the company's first Employee Resource Group, Women@Nest. Additional experience includes positions at Nest Labs and Apple, along with a background as a Spin Instructor at uforia studios. Rossi holds a BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Davis, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
