Amanda Myton currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Snowflake and as a Talent Leader at StartupExperts, an exclusive community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders focused on collaboration and support. Previously, Amanda held roles such as Mentor at First Round Fast Track and Director of the People Strategy Group at Lattice, where expertise in talent management and organizational effectiveness was demonstrated. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of People Programs at Ironclad, Inc. Amanda holds a BA in French Language and Literature from Virginia Commonwealth University.
