Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in cloud support and database administration. Currently serving as a Senior Cloud Support Engineer at Snowflake since November 2020, Amit previously held positions at Microsoft as a Technical Advisor and Support Engineer from November 2017 to November 2020. Prior to Microsoft, Amit worked as a Consultant at Infosys, focusing on SQL Server features, and was involved in database maintenance at Edifecs, with expertise in SQL installation, log shipping, mirroring, and backup restoration. Amit also gained valuable experience as a SQL DBA at HCL Technologies, handling complex database tasks, and as an Engineer -L2 at RT Outsourcing Services, where responsibilities included Windows troubleshooting and escalation management. Amit holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from Maharashtra Technical Jobs and a diploma in Computer Science from Fr. Agnel Gautam Nagar Delhi.
