Angus Klein

Angus Klein is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in global support and customer service leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Support at Snowflake since September 2019, Angus has significantly enhanced customer loyalty by reshaping the support team. Prior to Snowflake, Angus held the position of Vice President of Global Support at Cloudera, where recognition came in the form of the Cloudera Inaugural Founders Award, alongside successfully expanding the support team from six to over 260 employees while achieving high customer satisfaction and meeting financial targets. Angus's career also includes senior roles at Data Domain, Juniper Networks, Qualys, VeriSign, 3Com, and an early teaching role at NCCS. Angus holds an Executive Education certificate from both Harvard and Stanford Business Schools, a BS in Journalism from San Jose State University, and a California Teaching Credential.
