Brian Bender

Brian Bender has extensive experience in technical program management and support within the technology sector, primarily at Google from January 2022 to May 2025. In the role of Technical Program Management Lead for Google Maps, Bender collaborated with Engineering, Product, and UX teams to enhance the user experience for over 2 billion users. Previous positions at Google include Enterprise Technical Solutions Engineer in Tokyo, Head of APAC Consumer Care, Technical Support Lead for Google Cloud Platform, and Call Center Vendor Manager for Google Play. Beginning a new role as Director of Technical Support for the APJ region at Snowflake in May 2025, Bender's career also includes early positions in technical support, translation, and software engineering at companies such as AEON Corporation and Toyota North America. Bender holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame and a high school diploma from Bellarmine College Preparatory.
