Chad Chalker

Chad Chalker is an experienced Program Manager currently leading the AI Community at Snowflake for the Silicon Valley AI Hub, focusing on community strategy and programming to support AI developers, researchers, and startups. Prior to this role, Chad served as a Senior Manager at HackerOne, where leadership of a team of Community Managers aimed to enhance the growth and retention of security researchers and developers, alongside driving strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Chad's previous experience includes program management roles at USAID, the World Food Programme, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ACTED, and the United States Peace Corps, demonstrating a strong background in program execution and community engagement across various organizations. Chad holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Texas A&M University.
