Daniel Spencer is a Senior Software Engineer on Snowflake’s Traffic Team, where they focus on large scale networking challenges at the edge of the network. Daniel previously held roles as a Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and as a Production Engineer at Snowflake, where they contributed to automatic SSL management and enhanced observability for microservices. Daniel's earlier experience includes a summer research position at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, development work at Micro Focus, and a software engineering internship at WePay. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Brown University and an MSci in Chemistry with Molecular Physics from Imperial College London.
