Erum Kiger has extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development, with roles in various leading companies. Most recently, Kiger served as the Global Deloitte Partnership Lead and Partner Development Director at Snowflake from May 2024 to November 2024. Prior to that, Kiger held the position of Director Alliances at Salesforce from August 2021 to May 2024 and was a Senior Manager in the Talent & Organization Human Potential Practice at Accenture from January 2021 to January 2022. Kiger's experience also includes serving as the Director of Corporate Development at Future State, an Accenture Company, from January 2018 to January 2021, and as a Senior Director of Business Development at PeopleSoft (now Oracle) from January 1998 to January 2004. Throughout these roles, Kiger successfully led teams to achieve significant revenue growth by developing and implementing partner strategies with major consulting firms and achieving sales milestones. Kiger holds an LLB in Law from King's College London.
