Greg Diamond

Greg Diamond is the Senior Corporate Counsel at Snowflake. Greg was previously the Managing Counsel at SomaLogic from September 2018 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were the Sr. Associate Corporate Counsel at VMware from October 2016 to September 2018. At VMware, Greg successfully negotiated a sales agreement in excess of $100MM. Greg also provided subject matter expertise to various internal stakeholders on a range of issues including privacy, data security, software licensing, "as-a-service" transactions, and professional services. Greg also collaborated with the Customer Service Team to streamline and simplify the customer license transfer process. Greg has a JD from the University of Colorado Law School.

Greg Diamond has a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a Doctor of Law from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law. Greg is also certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals in Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Professional - Europe.
