Hassan Monfared is an experienced software engineering leader currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at Snowflake, overseeing Platform Engineering teams at the Berlin site since March 2024. Prior to this role, Hassan held the position of Interim CTO at hostAI in early 2024, and served as Senior Director of Engineering for Logistics Optimization at Delivery Hero from October 2019 to December 2023, managing multiple engineering teams and achieving significant improvements in scalability and reliability. As a co-founder and CTO of SnappTrip from June 2015 to September 2019, Hassan developed an award-winning online travel service in Iran. Earlier experience includes founding Imen Rayaneh Shargh, where innovative software solutions were delivered, and various software engineering roles with a focus on best practices and automation from 2000 to 2015. Hassan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Amirkabir University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Semnan University.
