Jeff True is General Counsel at Snowflake, where he oversees all legal, compliance, regulatory, and policy strategy for the company. A veteran technology executive with more than 25 years of in-house leadership experience, Jeff has guided multiple high-growth companies through complex transactions, global expansion, and mission-critical risk and governance challenges.
Most recently, Jeff served as Chief Legal Officer at Abnormal AI, where he led the legal, compliance, and risk functions as the company rapidly scaled its global footprint. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at Zoom Communications, steering the company’s legal strategy and expanding the legal organization during one of the most transformative growth periods in enterprise software.
Jeff has also held senior legal leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, 2Wire, and Informatica. He earned a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.
