Jeffrey Lu

Jeffrey Lu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support management across various regions, particularly in Asia-Pacific. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Support at Snowflake, Jeffrey is the inaugural employee in China, responsible for establishing the team and business operations in the region. Prior to this role, Jeffrey spent nearly nine years at Citrix as a Senior Manager, where responsibilities included building the APJ Field Services team and enhancing customer success through effective escalation management. Earlier roles at F5 Networks and Cisco Systems involved leading technical support initiatives and delivering high-touch engineering services for strategic customers in China. Jeffrey's career began at Digital China as a Consultant Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Tongji University.
