Joan Lim

Joan Lim has extensive experience in sales operations and transformation, having served in various roles across leading technology companies. They began their career as an Order Management Specialist at Sun Microsystems from 2008 to 2011, and later held several positions at ServiceNow, culminating in their role as APJ Sales Operations Manager from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, Joan has been a Senior Sales Operations Manager at Everbridge since 2022, where they provide actionable insights and develop frameworks to enhance sales performance. Currently, they work as a Deal Desk Manager at Snowflake, continuing to leverage their expertise in sales operations. Joan holds degrees in Information Technology with Business from the Singapore Institute of Management and Mobile and Wireless Computing from Temasek Polytechnic.
