Jon Nicholson

Jon Nicholson is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Snr. District Manager for UK FSI Global & Strategic Accounts at Snowflake since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team to forge long-term partnerships with major financial organizations. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Regional Director for Insurance UKI at Snowflake and was a UK FS Major Accounts Director, focusing on strategic engagements with global clients. Jon co-founded PredictiveHire from February 2015 to January 2019 and served in various leadership roles at Astbury Marsden, including Managing Director and Director of the Technology Division. Jon began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at ATA Selection. Jon holds a BSc(Hons) in Psychology from Lancaster University.
