Katherine James

Katherine James is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Director of EMEA Communications at Snowflake since December 2023. Prior to this role, Katherine held senior leadership positions at Twilio, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Director and Director of EMEA Communications, as well as at Palo Alto Networks as Senior Manager of Risk Management and Senior Manager of EMEA PR and AR. Katherine's background includes leading international communications at Skrill and various public relations roles at Symantec and McAfee, focusing on corporate reputation and crisis management. Katherine began her career in communications with roles at Nortel and Brodeur Worldwide, complemented by a BSC (Hons) in Business Administration and French from Aston University.
