Kathleen Berkeley is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as a Senior User Researcher II at Snowflake since April 2022, specializing in AI and ML by conducting mixed-methods research to inform strategic opportunities. Prior to this role, Kathleen was the first independent contributor researcher at Snowflake, focusing on collaboration workloads, and held leadership positions at Amazon Web Services as the sole researcher for the Technical Content Experience and at Blink as a Senior UX Researcher managing diverse UX research projects. Earlier experience includes consultancy at McKissack Design LLC, internships at the Clayton Christensen Institute and Worldreader, and an internship at the Louisiana Department of Education. Kathleen holds a Master of Education in International Education Policy and Management from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University.
