Nadia Kasem

Nadia Kasem is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Tech Lead Manager at Snowflake since February 2021. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer in Quality Engineering, Nadia has significant experience in quality assurance and testing, having worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Polidea and as a Quality Assurance Tester at Samsung Electronics Polska. In addition to technical expertise, Nadia has taken on a mentoring role at Dare IT, where guidance on professional development, decision making, and portfolio creation is provided. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Voice and Speech Training at Uniwersytet SWPS.
