Saqib Mustafa

Saqib Mustafa is the Senior Director of Alliances GTM at Snowflake. Saqib has over fifteen years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on developing and executing growth strategies in the technology sector.

Mustafa began their career as a market researcher for Shell Oil Company in 2005. Saqib then transitioned to CDW Corporation in 2006, where they worked as an IT Governance & Monitoring Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing the profitability and sustainability of CDW Managed Services products, and redirecting the focus of capital to the most profitable and marketable products. Saqib also drove sales of IT Governance services and introduced Financial KPI’s for evaluating profitability of IT services.

In 2009, Mustafa was promoted to Program Manager - System Solutions at CDW. In this role, they managed business development and strategic cloud/data center sales growth programs with major alliance partners such as VMware, EMC, NetApp, Microsoft, and Cisco. Saqib consistently met or exceeded sales targets by over 5% for 7 consecutive quarters, and achieved 450% growth in revenue over 1 year through development of services offering with alliance partners.

Mustafa joined Snowflake in 2019 as the Senior Director of Alliances GTM. In this role, they are responsible for leading Snowflake’s go-to-market strategy for alliances and driving growth through key partnerships.

Saqib Mustafa received their Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Their field of study was Information Systems. Prior to that, they received their BSc. from Lahore University of Management Sciences in Computer Science. Saqib also holds a masters degree from St. Patricks High School.
