Sarim Abbas

Sarim Abbas is a skilled Software Engineer currently working at Snowflake since May 2023, where organizations leverage Snowflake's Data Cloud for data integration and analytics. Previously, Sarim contributed as a Software Engineer at Neeva from July 2021 to June 2023, focusing on various projects, including bookmarking and frontend performance enhancements. As a Fellow at Interact since April 2020, Sarim has gained additional experience. Prior roles include a Design Fellow at Yale Center for Engineering, Innovation and Design, where Sarim led software innovation and created an interactive dashboard for the Yale COVID Wastewater Project. Sarim co-founded Thinkspaces, an entrepreneurial web platform at Yale, and participated in multiple research and engineering roles, enhancing user experience and developing innovative solutions across various institutions, including the Yale Peabody Museum and CS50. Sarim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University, complemented by educational experiences at the University of Cambridge and The University of Tokyo.
