Seeling Cheung

Seeling Cheung is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the data and cloud computing sectors. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Academic Programs at Snowflake since July 2017, Seeling leads initiatives aimed at democratizing education in AI and data for higher education. Previous roles at Snowflake include Director of Education Services and Cloud Database Solution Engineer, where responsibilities involved creating impactful educational programs and enabling enterprise clients to leverage advanced cloud technologies. Prior to joining Snowflake, Seeling spent over a decade at IBM, focusing on customer solution engineering and enabling enterprises to deploy large-scale data solutions. Seeling holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University.
