Shannon Ross has extensive experience in resource management, having held positions at reputable technology companies. At Infor, Shannon served as Resource Manager from February 2018 to February 2019. Prior to that, Shannon was with Oracle from October 2014 to December 2017, first as Lead Resource Analyst in the North America Consulting division and then as Resource Manager in the Hospitality Global Business Unit, where responsibilities included global resource and supplier management, business operations analysis, and collaboration with various teams. Following Oracle, Shannon worked at Workday as both Resource Deployment Manager and Senior Resource Deployment Manager from April 2019 to May 2024. Currently, Shannon is a Resource Delivery Manager at Snowflake since September 2025. Shannon holds a degree in English, English studies/Business from Saint Mary’s College of California, completed between 1992 and 1995.
