Sheng How Su has a solid background in sales and sales development across multiple technology companies. From July 2018 to October 2020, Sheng served as an Account Executive at HashMicro, acquiring 30 new logos and selling CRM, ERP, and HRMS solutions to C-suite executives in the Southeast Asian market. Following this role, Sheng worked at Okta as the Manager of Enterprise Sales Development, leading the Asia & Japan Enterprise SDR Teams and achieving recognition as the Global SDR of the Year and President's Club member in FY22. Sheng then held a managerial position at ExtraHop, providing inside sales support for the APAC region until the company reorganization in November 2022. Currently, Sheng is the Regional Director of Sales Development for APAC at Atlas, a platform that facilitates global talent management and compliance for businesses. In November 2025, Sheng also took on the role of Manager of Sales Development at Snowflake.
