Shiv Toolsidass is an Engineering Manager at Snowflake since July 2025, previously holding the same position at Plaid from April 2022 to July 2025, where responsibility included overseeing the Customer Onboarding team. Prior to this, Shiv served as a Senior Software Engineer at Lyft from July 2018 to April 2022, contributing to the Bikes and Scooters engineering team and co-designing core components of the trip planning experience.
