Supriya Shinde

Supriya Shinde has extensive experience in benefits analysis and training, with a career spanning multiple organizations. Beginning as a Trainer at Hutchison 3G from January 2007 to August 2010, Supriya organized and conducted customer service training, developed training modules, and achieved certification as a "3 Experience Trainer." Following this, Supriya served as an HR Intern at HDFC Standard Life Insurance in mid-2012 and held roles at Credit Suisse from September 2015 until February 2023, where responsibilities included managing wellbeing programs and overseeing compliance audits. Currently, Supriya is a Senior Benefits Analyst at Snowflake, contributing to strategic benefits management and employee satisfaction initiatives. Supriya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sinhgad Institute of Management.
