Tom Morgan

Tom Morgan is a seasoned workplace experience and operations professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for EMEA Workplace Experience & Operations at Snowflake, Tom previously held leadership roles at Peloton Interactive, where responsibilities included managing a regional workforce and overseeing workplace strategies on an international scale. At Salesforce, Tom managed the operational excellence of the UK office portfolio and implemented safety protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic, among other significant projects. Prior experience includes roles at BNY Mellon, where management of facilities activities and contractor relations were key, as well as an early career at DATA CABLING SERVICES, which included client-facing project management for major corporations. Tom holds a degree in Business and Management from Brunel University London.
