Tyler Simons

Tyler Simons is a Senior Data Scientist at Snowflake, where they focus on product-related data initiatives. Previously, Tyler worked at Impossible Foods as a Data Scientist in Product R&D, managing diverse statistical and machine learning projects and leading cross-functional collaborations. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, where they also completed a PhD as a Graduate Student Researcher in Sensory and Consumer Science. Tyler has a passion for combining data science with culinary innovation, having interned with the cheese team at Impossible Foods and served as a line cook at Aly's on Main.
