Vishal Rathi

Vishal Rathi currently serves as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Snowflake, overseeing US GAAP accounting and statutory reporting processes since July 2021. Previously, from June 2018 to July 2021, Vishal held the position of Finance Manager and APAC Controller at Juniper Networks, managing financial reporting and audits for 16 entities across 11 countries under local GAAP and IFRS frameworks. With an extensive background in auditing, Vishal worked at KPMG India from April 2011 to June 2018, executing statutory audits and managing teams across diverse industries. Vishal is a Chartered Accountant, having received formal education from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College.
