Xer Cha is a UX leader with a diverse background in program and project management, currently serving as a Senior Global Program Manager for Education and Certification at Snowflake since 2023. Previously, Xer held various roles at Snowflake, including UX Leader in the Educational Services Program. Xer’s experience also includes working at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Management Assistant and serving as a Project Manager at Applied StemCell, Inc., where they successfully delivered projects on time and within budget. They began their career with an internship at NASA Ames Research Center, where they contributed to environmental research and received multiple recognition awards for their presentations. Xer holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Cell and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz.
