Zhan Su

Zhan Su is a Principal Software Engineer at Snowflake since December 2023, previously serving as Tech Lead Manager for Storage at Nuro from January 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading a team on various distributed storage system challenges and optimizing cloud and on-prem storage costs. Zhan also held engineering roles at Google from July 2007 to January 2017, encompassing software engineering and site reliability engineering, with a focus on distributed systems and performance optimizations. Zhan’s academic achievements include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Technology from Fudan University.
