Michael Fallik

Michael Fallik is an experienced Director of Operations and Executive Producer at Snowman, overseeing risk management and project evaluation for Netflix projects such as "Laya's Horizon" and "Lucky Luna." Additionally, Michael serves as a Game/VR Production Consultant at Launch Title Limited, providing expertise to indie studios globally. Previous roles include Executive Producer at Sirvo Studios and The Game Band, where Michael managed teams, budgets, and production timelines for various titles. A co-founder of Portmanteau, Michael played a key role in developing games and pitching at industry events. Educational qualifications include a Masters of Fine Arts in Animation from the University of Southern California and diplomas from Vancouver Film School and Camera Obscura.
