Frédéric Laurent has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Frédéric is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Snowpack, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer at CEA from September 2019 to September 2021. From 2014 to 2019, Frédéric served as the Deputy Head of Horizon 2020 Department at the French Research Ministry. Frédéric has also worked at CDC Entreprises as an Analyst (internship) in 2002, and at CRIL TECHNOLOGY as an Engineer (internship) in 2001. Frédéric began their professional journey as an Engineer (internship) at Airbus in 2000.

Frédéric Laurent has a strong educational background with degrees in a range of fields. Frédéric began their education at Lycée Henri-Wallon in Valenciennes from 1995 to 1998, where they completed a preparatory school program focusing on mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Following this, they attended ISAE-SUPAERO from 1998 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in Aeronautics. In 2001, they pursued further studies simultaneously at both emlyon business school and Ecole centrale de Lyon, obtaining two Master's degrees in Management from these institutions. This diverse education has equipped Frédéric Laurent with a well-rounded academic foundation in multiple fields.
