Alexandre Watry

Alexandre Watry has diverse experience in legal research and practice, particularly in dispute resolution and international arbitration. At Linklaters, Watry served as an Arbitration Research Assistant, focusing on International Investment Arbitration and identifying legislative changes impacting clients in energy, shipping, and mining industries. Prior experience includes working as a Paralegal at Gherson LLP on complex litigation involving human rights and sanctions, as well as assisting in extradition and asset freezing cases. An internship at Devonshires involved advising on contract drafting for construction and engineering projects and assisting with dispute resolution processes. Currently, Watry is serving as Legal Counsel at SNRG while also having completed a role as a Trainee Solicitor at Prax Group, where responsibilities included working on corporate transactions, M&A, and commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions. Watry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Business School Lausanne, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City St George’s, University of London, achieving distinction in legal studies.
