🚀 Strategic TA Systems & Operational Impact

I possess deep expertise in creating and implementing scalable Talent Acquisition Systems and operational frameworks that drive speed, quality, and consistency of hire.

Process Optimization & Financial Impact: I implemented rigorous onboarding and performance management frameworks and designed structured interview processes. This expertise led to delivering 25% productivity gains, achieving a 50% reduction in requisition load, and managing over $800K in annual vendor cost optimizations.

Executive Talent Strategy: I have facilitated over 10,000 successful hires and developed comprehensive recruitment strategies for more than 50 hard-to-fill senior executive positions.

Large-Scale Operations: I led large-scale fulfillment operations, including the successful launch of the MOB5 sort center, which brought over 1,200 associates online with a 98% show rate and zero I-9 issues.

🛡️ Veteran Hiring Initiatives: Your Mission Continues Here™

My commitment to Visionary Workforce Planning involves connecting military skill sets with civilian career opportunities.

MPE Program Impact: I led the design and implementation of a highly effective Military Potential Employee (MPE) program. This initiative developed a Standard Operating Procedure for the talent acquisition team looking to bring military personnel into their organization. Now known as Your Mission Continues Here™ Program, exclusively at SNS Consulting ONLY!!!

Risk Mitigation: I leveraged historical data to accurately predict future labor needs, candidate availability, and mitigating operational risks.
