Eunice Offei

Eunice Offei is an accomplished professional in land governance and valuation, currently serving as Interim Project Manager for the Transformative Land Investment Project at SNV since April 2022, focusing on sustainable food systems through holistic investments. Prior experience includes advisor roles at the Lands Commission from February 2017 to July 2025, where Eunice also held titles such as Land Administration Officer and Senior Land Administration Officer, overseeing property valuation and compensation processes. Earlier positions include Assistant Valuer at the Land Valuation Board and General and Rating Valuation Consult, complemented by a foundational National Service role at the Obuasi Municipal Assembly. Eunice holds a Master’s degree in GIS for Land Administration from the University of Twente and a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
