Mohamed Dicko

Mohamed Dicko is an accomplished economist and Planning Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (PMEL) specialist with over 15 years of experience in international and national organizations. Currently serving as a PMEL Advisor at SNV, Mohamed operationalizes monitoring and evaluation systems while supporting evidence-based decision-making. Previously, they have held significant roles at Oxfam International and Sahel Eco, focusing on enhancing project outcomes through rigorous monitoring and evaluation practices. Mohamed holds a master's degree in Quantitative Analysis and Economic Policies from the University of Bamako and is pursuing another master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Action at the Kalu Institute. Additionally, they are an active member of the National Association for the Promotion of Evaluation in Mali and the African Evaluation Association.
