Moro Haruna is a development professional with over 10 years of experience in program planning, monitoring, evaluation, and learning, particularly focused on financial inclusion, MSME development, agri-finance, youth employment, and climate-resilient value chains. They hold an MPhil in Sustainable and Integrated Rural Development and have worked with various organizations, including SNV, VSO Ghana, and USAID, contributing to significant projects aimed at improving economic opportunities for underserved communities. Currently serving as a Senior MEAL Advisor at SNV, Moro has been pivotal in developing results-focused monitoring systems and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to enhance project impacts. Their technical expertise includes data systems, stakeholder coordination, and performance management, enabling adaptive project management and evidence-based decision-making.
