Twaha Mubarak

Twaha Mubarak is a water sanitation and hygiene expert with over 21 years of experience in program development and management, research, advocacy, and behavior change interventions. They currently serve as a Senior Advisor at SNV Netherlands Development Organization and previously held positions such as Senior Program Manager at WaterAid and Chief Program Officer at the Japanese International Cooperation Agency. Twaha has a strong background in facilitating capacity building, developing policy documents, and managing resources across various sectors including government and non-governmental organizations. They have also completed several relevant educational programs, including a Master’s in Integrated Sanitation Management from the University of Dar es Salaam.
