Walter Castillo

Walter Castillo is currently the Regional Manager of Programs at the Dutch Cooperation Agency, with extensive experience in planning, execution, and analysis of statistical research across social, economic, and demographic areas. Walter has managed and coordinated various projects with both national and international funding, demonstrating expertise in economic analysis and financial management. They have held positions at SNV since 2010, serving as both Regional Project Manager and Project Administrator. Walter completed a Master's in Public Management and Policy at the Universidad Católica and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma Tomás Frías, where they graduated with honors.
