Colin Simning

Colin Simning is an experienced professional in solutions engineering with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Solutions Engineering at Snyk since November 2021, Colin has previously held various roles including Staff Solutions Engineer and Senior Solutions Engineer. Prior experience includes significant positions at Akamai Technologies from November 2013 to November 2021, where Colin worked as Service Line Manager, Senior Engagement Manager, Engagement Manager, and Technical Project Manager. Earlier in the career at Dicom Solutions, Inc. from January 2007 to November 2013, Colin was a Senior Systems Integrator and also worked in roles combining product management and sales. Colin's background includes service as a Peace Corps Volunteer from June 2004 to August 2006 and a role as a Web Developer at PrimeQ Solutions from December 2002 to May 2004. Colin holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Media Arts from the University of Arizona, earned between 1998 and 2002, and has further training from Global Knowledge.
