Cory D. Sinclair

Cory D. Sinclair, MBA, LLM, Esq. is an experienced tax and finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Global Tax at Snyk since January 2024. With extensive experience in tax strategy, M&A transactions, and global tax compliance, Cory has previously held prominent roles at iRobot as Director of Global Finance, where strategic financial analysis and ESG reporting were key focuses. Prior positions include Tax Director for the Americas at Dassault Systèmes and Senior Manager - Tax Counsel at Cabot Corporation, where Cory successfully managed tax compliance and provided critical support for M&A activities. Cory's academic background includes a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Law & Society from Cornell University, an LL.M. in International Taxation from Boston University School of Law, and a JD/MBA/MS in Accounting from Northeastern University.
