Jason Collier

Jason Collier has a diverse work experience in product management and leadership roles. Jason is currently serving as a Senior Growth Product Manager at Snyk since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CloudBees from April 2019 to July 2021 as a Staff Product Manager, focusing on common services and UX. Before that, they spent several years at IBM, where they held multiple positions. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Senior Product Manager in the Design Organization, responsible for managing the delivery of the digital Enterprise Design Thinking by IBM education offering and launching beta programs. Jason also served as the DevOps Tooling Team Lead from 2013 to 2015, leading a development team in providing continuous integration and delivery SaaS services. In addition, they worked at IBM from 2007 to 2012 as an IaaS Virtualization Developer, contributing to cost savings and leading compatibility testing of virtualization environments. Before that, they worked as a Test Engineer from 2003 to 2006, focusing on cross-platform multi-function Service Oriented Architecture test environment and developing Java applications.

Jason Collier completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The Wharton School from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from Penn State University, where they also pursued a minor in Economics, from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Jason holds several certifications including Optimizely X Web Foundations from Optimizely, Enterprise Design Thinking Advocate from IBM, IBM Design Thinking Co-Creator from IBM, and IBM Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM. These certifications were obtained in various years between 2017 and 2018.
