Mark Bowen is a seasoned professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as a Senior Technical Success Manager at Snyk since August 2021. In this newly established role, Mark has been instrumental in designing content and success metrics to facilitate customer adoption within the first 90 days of their contract. Prior to Snyk, Mark held positions such as Customer Success Manager at FranConnect, where responsibilities included supporting customer transitions to the FranConnect platform, and Sr. Director of Customer Success at FranchiseBlast, focusing on account management, onboarding, training, and client satisfaction.
