Dan Murphy is a Senior Data Scientist at So Energy, bringing six years of experience in data science across various industries. They previously held senior roles at nPlan, where they utilized machine learning to forecast large construction projects, and Sphere Medical, where they contributed to the development of a groundbreaking blood gas analyser. Dan began their career with internships at Microsoft and Costello Medical Consulting, focusing on data analysis and statistical projects. They hold a MSc in Modern Applications of Mathematics and a BSc in Mathematics, both from the University of Bath.
