Ric Gauci

Ric Gauci is an accomplished Learning Management System Administrator and Instructional Designer at SO4, where responsibilities include managing Moodle and developing online training content. As the Owner/Director of RLCG eLearning, Ric specializes in transforming face-to-face training into interactive online courses using the Articulate 360 suite. Previous experiences include roles as Customer Experience Adoption Manager and Learning Solutions Manager at Quartex, where Ric led a team in creating engaging training programs and supported INX clients. In earlier positions at RAC WA, Ric developed learning strategies for the Motoring Division and implemented CRM training initiatives, and at HBF Health, Ric coordinated MRM training and delivered various training modalities.
